How can I find out about
availability during a period of time?
This website features an availability search
engine that you can find on top of this page. Enter the data of your stay in the fields provided
(check in date, number of nihgts and number of people of your stay)
and a list of available apartments will be displayed. Click on the
available apartment of your choice to book it online.
Do I have to pay a reservation fee to secure
the apartment?
To make a definitive booking of one of the
apartments of this site an advanced payment of the following amount
must be made: 25% of the total price of the rent if the stay is less
than 30 days long and 15% of the total price of the rent if the stay
is one month long or more.
How much do I have to pay
at my arrival?
The amount to pay upon arrival is total
price minus reservation fee. If you booked through a partner agency
you will be informed of the amount to pay upon arrival in two confirmation
emails: one sent by the partner agency and a second one sent from
us.
How can I calculate the total
price of my stay?
-Enter the option "search" on the top right of this siet and submit your arrival date and booking data.
-From the list of available apartments chose an apartment and click
on it. You will obtain a detailed description and the total price
of the stay.
What is included in the price?
VAT, electricity, water and gas consumptions
are included in the price. Also cleaning service at the end of your stay is included in the price.
How can I pay the reservation fee?
By credit card (American Express, Mastercard
or Visa), Paypal or by bank transference. This
is a secure site and your information is encrypted.
Do I get a confirmation of my reservation?
Once the reservaton fee has been paid we
confirm the booking by email.
How can I pay the final balance?
The outstanding balance must be paid upon
arrival in cash. We do not accept credit cards upon arrival (remember
no cash, no check in). Only in certain apartments credit card payment
is possible in advance and under consultation. In this case a 3% surcharge
must be added to the remaining amount.
Can I pay by credit card
in the apartment?
No, in the apartment we only accept
cash.
Where do I get the keys?
An Urban Flats represerntative
will meet you at the apartment and handle the keys over.
At what time can I check in and must
I check out of the apartment?
The day of your arrival the apartment will
be available from 16:00. Early check in is possible under consultation:
if no other clients leave the apartment the day of your arrival (which
is the most probable situation) you can check in any time after 09:30.
If other clients leave the apartment the day of your arrival, the
flat will be cleaned starting at 11:30 but you will be allowed to
enter the apartment after 12:30 to drop your luggage while the cleaning
is being made.
Are early check in and late
chek out possible?
Yes, but only under consultation. If necessary
and if it is possible for us you will be allowed to drop your luggage
in our offices until a suitable time for your flight.
Do I get any assistance in
case of breakage or emergency?
We provide 24 hour emergency response for all that is related with
the apartment rental. Urban Flats will rapidly and diligently remedy
any inconvenience which we are responsible for. Urban Flats shall
not be liable for the breakage of the elevator or for any other inconveniences
which are beyond its control.
Are there towels and bed
linen in the apartments?
We provide
with towels and bed linen for the number of guests the reservation
was made for.
What is the equipment of the kitchen?
All the apartments have a fully equipped
kitchen with stove, refrigerator and sink. Other pieces of equipment
(oven, microwave, electrical appliances...) are listed in each apartment's
description.
Is there a cleaning service?
The apartment is
cleaned before your arrival and at your departure.
Is there an internet connection
in the apartment?
Some apartments have ADSL internet connection
(see apartment description to know wich apartments do have one) that
can be used with your laptop.
